Rockstar has put a premium collector's box up for pre-order on its own store: Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection. It costs $399.99 in the US and £349.99 in the UK, stock is limited, and it ships on November 19, 2026. Confirmed
The key detail is on the store page itself: the game is sold separately. There is no disc and no download code inside, so this is a collection of merchandise rather than a collector's edition of GTA 6.
What's in the box
The 11 items are themed around Macca the Gator, a TV show inside the game's world:
- A 6-inch Macca the Gator figure with a hidden stash compartment in its base.
- GTA VI Oakley Frogskins sunglasses.
- A New Era 9FORTY snapback hat.
- A Leonida Keys crossbody bag.
- A magnetic mirror and a razor-blade-style keychain.
- A Chunkee the Manatee shot glass and a Vice City swizzle spoon.
- Nine enamel pins and nine vinyl stickers.
- A double-sided poster with a full map of Leonida on the back.
Is there a GTA 6 collector's edition?
No. The game itself only comes in two versions: Standard at $79.99 and Ultimate at $99.99. Rockstar did something similar for Red Dead Redemption 2, whose collector's box also shipped without the game, but at a much lower price.
The reaction has been mixed at best, and scalpers were already listing boxes for far more than retail while Rockstar's store still had stock. If you want one, buy it directly from Rockstar rather than from a reseller.
